PathoSign Web Client


The objective of the PathoSign database is to collect data about defective cell signaling molecules causing human diseases. asdfTo this end we annotate information extracted from the literature about the defective molecules, their underlying genotypes and the resulting phenotypes. In addition, we collect in PathoSign data about methods of molecular diagnosis of mutations as well as about known therapies.
